Must Have
3–5 years of experience in finance, operations, or a finance-adjacent role, 2 years of investment banking experience at a top financial institution or comparably rigorous program, Highly organized and process-minded, Comfortable owning a wide scope of work independently, Detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy, Communicator who can work cross-functionally with legal, HR, and senior leadership
Nice to Have
Proficient with financial tools, Familiarity with Ramp, QuickBooks, or similar systems is a plus, Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure in a fast-moving environment
What You'll Do.
Maintain dynamic budget review process
Prepare budget vs. actuals reporting
Report on weekly cash position
Own end-to-end Ramp workflow
Implement process improvements
Ensure invoices are clean
Develop procurement process
Manage vendor renewal calendars
Coordinate with legal counsel
Support R&D tax credit process
Collect financial and operational data
Complete corporate forms and filings
Assist HR on corporate administration
Own business insurance applications
Manage insurance requirements
Coordinate with brokers and carriers
