What They're Looking For.
Must Have
12+ years of professional experience, 4+ years of management experience, Bachelor’s degree in Finance, 12+ years in FP&A, 12+ years in cash flow forecasting, 12+ years in working capital, 12+ years in Treasury, Demonstrated experience leading teams, Demonstrated experience influencing matrixed organizations, understanding of working capital mechanics, understanding of cash forecasting methodologies, understanding of financial risk management, Proven ability to leverage digital tools, Proven ability to leverage analytics platforms, Proven ability to leverage emerging AI capabilities, Exceptional communication skills
Nice to Have
MBA or advanced degree preferred, CFA charterholder preferred
