RXR is an active investor in real estate credit, rental housing, commercial property, and property technology through value-added and opportunistic investment strategies. The FP&A Coordinator, Construction Services reports to the Vice President of Financial Planning & Operations and plays a key role in supporting the financial planning, reporting, and operational effectiveness of RXR Construction Services. This position works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, including Design, Preconstruction, and Operations to ensure accurate financial reporting, efficient project setup and closeout, and continuous improvement of project management processes. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can balance financial analysis, operational support, and project coordination in a fast-paced construction services environment. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Reporting Support the month-end financial close process, including preparation and analysis of reports for executive leadership and C-suite stakeholders Build, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and financial data across business segments to support strategic decision-making Assist with the development, tracking, and analysis of the Annual Business Plan Support corporate-level RXR reporting requirements and special financial initiatives Oversee and manage supervisory fee tracking and reporting Project Management Systems & Operations Provide ongoing support for project management financial systems and related operational workflows Assist in identifying, implementing, and maintaining process improvements within project management
