Headquartered in New York with a nationally-scaled platform, RXR is a 450+ person, vertically integrated investment manager with expertise in a wide array of value creation activities, including acquisitions, asset and portfolio management, property operations, development, construction, leasing, and technological innovation. RXR is an active investor in real estate credit, rental housing, commercial property, and property technology through value-added and opportunistic investment strategies. The FP&A Coordinator, Construction Services reports to the Vice President of Financial Planning & Operations and plays a key role in supporting the financial planning, reporting, and operational effectiveness of RXR Construction Services. This position works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, including Design, Preconstruction, and Operations to ensure accurate financial reporting, efficient project setup and closeout, and continuous improvement of project management processes. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can balance financial analysis, operational support, and project coordination in a fast-paced construction services environment. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Reporting Support the month-end financial close process, including preparation and analysis of reports for executive leadership and C-suite stakeholders Build, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and financial data across business segments to support strategic decision-making Assist with the development, tracking, and analysis of the Annual Business Plan Support corporate-level RXR reporting requirements and special financial initiatives Oversee and manage supervisory fee tracking and reporting Project Management Systems & Operations Provide ongoing support for project management financial systems and related operational workflows Assist in identifying, implementing, and maintaining process improvements within project management
