NetSuite is a plus, Knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis and automation is a plus

ABOUT THIS ROLE: The FP&A & Controlling Specialist role combines Financial Planning & Analysis with Controlling responsibilities, ensuring both a strong understanding of historical performance and a forward-looking approach to business planning. In this role, you will play a key role in enhancing financial visibility, challenging assumptions, and supporting strategic decision-making. Beyond reporting and monitoring, you will proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities, helping the business plan ahead with clarity and data-insights. Working closely with the Finance team and cross-functional stakeholders within the company, you will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
