Experience within a high-growth tech or fintech environment is required. Deep experience working specifically within a Financial Control and Reporting team, ensuring you understand the integrity of financial data and know what an exceptional month end close cycle looks like. You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable with high growth environments where both speed and high quality output are essential. Solid expertise in navigating and optimizing ERP systems, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in SAP S/4HANA.
