What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll support forecasting, reporting, cost analysis, and month-end finance activity across multiple plant locations. Support close activities, invoicing, monthly cost tracking, and general accounting work. Review expenses, prepare weekly estimates, and monitor plant-level spending. Pull together weekly and monthly forecasts, update projections, and explain budget variances. Submit forecast data and assist with month-end, working capital, and year-end reporting. Support cost studies, maintain templates, track deadlines, and partner with plant teams to gather data. Review inventory-related reporting, flag issues, and provide backup support across plant finance operations and systems.
