What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5 years’ experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or a similar analytical role, Advanced Excel skills, Hands-on experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI, Solid understanding of financial data flows, written and verbal English
Nice to Have
Big 4 or professional services background, Experience in services, MSP, or tech industries, Exposure to BI tools or financial systems, Experience supporting US-based finance teams

Prepare monthly management reporting packs

Maintain rolling forecasts
Support the annual budget cycle
Respond to US parent reporting requirements
Analyse performance across business units
Identify risks and opportunities
Improve reporting processes
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with the Head of Finance; Work closely with Financial Reporting Manager; Comfort working with AU/NZ stakeholders; Support a US parent company
