Learn more at www.doubleverify.com. What You’ll Do: Own the end-to-end commission calculation for DV Scibids Revenue stream and Account Management bonuses. Manage the quarterly/bi-annual payout workflow and monthly accrual process. Review and audit commercial compensation plans for accuracy, completeness and alignment to approved plan documents. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline our financial model. Leverage automation tools and AI to improve calculation accuracy and efficiency. Monitor, analyze, and report on sales attainment against established quotas. Prepare, validate, and distribute commission statements to our sales organization and act as a point of contact for commission inquiries. Support financial reporting by regularly assigning client classifications and managing advertiser mapping. Provide ad hoc reporting and analytical support for our regional sales team, Commercial leadership, and Finance organization. Who You Are: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field. 1+ years of related work experience in FP however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
