Every day, our teams are making trade happen. Join us! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience working as an analyst. Advanced excel skills, experience of simplifying processes and being able to understand the drivers behind the numbers is a must. You will work closely with our Head of FP&A, Finance professionals and cross-functional teams to help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L reporting including variance analysis * Responsible for loading P&L data into Group reporting tools on monthly basis * Responsible for monitoring and reporting of Overheads on monthly basis to budget holders * Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, including data collection, model updates, and performance tracking * Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities * Maintain and improve Excel-based financial models * Assist with ad-hoc financial reports and projects as required by the Finance team * Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) and create dashboards to monitor business performance ## Qualifications Qualifications: * Part-Qualified Acc
