Must Have

Valid Fourth Class Operating Engineer Certificate, Demonstrated working knowledge of TSSA O. Reg. 219/01, safe operating practices, troubleshooting skills, ability to diagnose mechanical and control system issues, Able to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, P&IDs, Comfortable working with digital systems, BAS/SCADA, CMMS, Microsoft Office

This includes boiler and heating systems, refrigeration/chilled water, HVAC/dehumidification, and automated control systems.
