What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline, Minimum 5 years of NPI and Yield enhancement experience in semiconductor technology development, process integration, foundry management, or fabless supply chain, Deep knowledge of CMOS, Silicon Photonics processes, wafer process flows, and device physics in the semiconductor/photonics or electronics industry, Experience with quality tools such as FMEA/8D/SPC/Control Plan/Six Sigma, Proficient in English and Mandarin

leading product volume ramp up under new technology introduction (NTI)
foundry process transfers
Manage relationships with external foundries in supporting NPI to volume Production LifeCycle
Drive yield improvement programs
and technical reviews with foundry partners
Close collaboration with R&D groups and Qualify New Product Introduction (NPI) ramps and technology transfers from R&D to high-volume manufacturing
Closely work with foundries at ramp up phase and drive for manufacturability and yield improvement
