What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in semiconductor technology development, process integration, foundry management, or fabless supply chain., understanding of yield enhancement techniques and data analysis, Hands on experience in being a leading teams with responsibilities in development / transfer projects or production ramp up., Deep knowledge of CMOS, Silicon Photonics processes, wafer process flows, and device physics in the semiconductor/photonics or electronics industry., Experience with quality tools such as FMEA/8D/SPC/Control Plan/Six Sigma, Proficient in English and Mandarin, as required for working with our global team frequently

What You'll Do.

leading external foundry partnerships

driving quality and yield improvement from NPI to volume production of complex semiconductor portfolios to ensure uninterrupted

Manage relationships with external foundries in supporting NPI to volume Production LifeCycle.

Main decision maker on subjects related to process integration

striking a good balance between the various dynamics in a not limiting to technical judgement

supplier relationships etc

Drive yield improvement programs

and technical reviews with foundry partners.

Close collaboration with R&D groups and qualify New Product Introduction (NPI) ramps and technology transfers from R&D to high-volume manufacturing.

Front end process safe launch owner.

Closely work with foundries at ramp up phase and drive for manufacturability and yield improvement.
