What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8–12+ years of experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS or a high-growth scale-up environment, experience owning positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement, Proven track record of sharpening positioning and driving measurable commercial impact, experience partnering closely with Sales and GTM teams, Experience building or managing small, high-performing teams, Comfortable operating strategically while staying highly hands-on

Ensuring that every brand initiative and product launch serves as a direct lever for commercial growth
Defining how Product Marketing operates at Workwize and build the function over time
Hiring and leading a small high-performing team
Making the entire commercial organization experts in our category
Ensuring our messaging
and market narrative evolve alongside the company’s growth
Lead a full audit of our positioning
Build and evolve a clear positioning and messaging framework aligned with our ICPs and market opportunity
Develop niche-specific messaging for different segments and use cases
Translate complex product capabilities into sharp
Continuously refine messaging using customer interviews
Own competitive positioning and differentiation in the market
Partner closely with AEs
and Customer Success to extract winning patterns and objections
Build practical enablement assets
Help improve consistency and confidence across the commercial team
Turn real sales insights into repeatable commercial narratives
Partner with Product and Growth to bring new features and launches to market effectively
Ensure launches are tied to customer pain points and commercial outcomes
Help identify ICP shifts
and new market opportunities
Create feedback loops between Product
Connect PMM initiatives directly to revenue outcomes
Influence pipeline generation through messaging
Partner with Growth and Sales on campaigns and GTM initiatives
Design events and field marketing initiatives with clear pipeline goals attached
Improve commercial consistency across the buyer journey
Ensure the Workwize brand evolves alongside our upmarket positioning
Maintain consistency across tone of voice
and customer-facing storytelling
Support broader brand direction through a PMM lens focused on differentiation and commercial impact
Build the Product Marketing function from the ground up
Identify capability gaps and hire specialists across creative
or production over time
Create scalable processes and operating rhythms between Sales
Stay highly hands-on while building the team and raising the quality bar across all commercial storytelling
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working closely with Sales, Growth, Product, Customer Success, and leadership to build a commercial narrative; Partner closely with AEs, BDRs, AMs, and Customer Success to extract winning patterns and objections; Partner with Product and Growth to bring new features and launches to market effectively; Create feedback loops between Product, Sales, and Customer Success; Partner with Growth and Sales on campaigns and GTM initiatives; Create scalable processes and operating rhythms between Sales, Growth, Product, and Customer Success; Collaborative by Default: You actively involve Sales, Growth, Product, Customer Success, and leadership throughout the process.
