5+ years in a sales engineering, solutions architecture, or pre-sales role, track record of winning technical evaluations against incumbents at enterprise customers, hands-on fluency with the modern software development lifecycle: Git, CI/CD, IDEs, and code review workflows, working understanding of application security: SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets management, secure SDLC, threat modeling, and vulnerability triage, comfort with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot), builder’s mindset, verbal and written communication, willingness to travel up to ~30%

Nice to Have

experience at an early-stage startup (Seed to Series B) where you helped build the SE function, background in DevSecOps, AppSec, or developer tools, hands-on coding background or a prior engineering comfort writing scripts to support a POV, familiarity with agentic coding workflows, MCP integrations, and modern AI developer tooling, existing relationships in security or AppSec leadership communities

Founding Sales Engineer Corridor — Secure AI Coding at the Source ABOUT CORRIDOR Corridor is the security layer for AI coding. Our platform — Agentic Coding Security Management — works alongside tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot to prevent vulnerabilities before they’re written, automatically review AI-generated code, and give security and engineering teams real-time guardrails over how agents ship software. We recently raised a $25M Series A led by Felicis to expand the platform and deepen our integrations across the modern developer toolchain. Corridor is generally available, with customers including Mercor, Langchain, and Pylon. Our team is founded by CEO Jack Cable and CTO Ashwin Ramaswami, who are joined by industry veteran Alex Stamos serving as Chief Product Officer. We’re defining a new category at the intersection of AI, developer tooling, and application security. The people who join now will shape how we sell, who we sell to, and what the SE function looks like as we scale. SUMMARY As Founding Sales Engineer, you will be the technical face of Corridor for every prospect we engage. Reporting to the General Manager and partnering directly with our founding Account Executive, you’ll win our earliest enterprise customers, design the technical sales motion, and turn deep product knowledge into a repeatable demo, POV, and discovery playbook. This is a 0→1 role with outsized influence on the product, the GTM motion, and the customers we serve.
