3-5 days in the office, depending on your team and the company schedule, Prefer candidates who want to work 4+ days a week in the office, Anchor days are Mon, Tues and Fri
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Senior or lead level experience, Expertise in React, Expertise in TypeScript, Experience in a startup or scale up especially at an early stage, Part of a small squad of high performing engineers, Producing high quality code which scales effectively into different environments, Accountable for the end-to-end solution, Build product which can handle various NHS 'oddities', Understand and mitigate the risks of distributed systems, Ensuring code that is failsafe even in the cases where things go wrong, Thrive with autonomy, responsibility, and building things that truly matter, TypeScript or similar, Designing and consuming scalable, well-structured services, Working with production systems and performance considerations
Nice to Have
Founders/entrepreneurial mindset or have been a technical founder yourself, Experience in scaling product environments or high-stakes domains (health, finance, infra)
