What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience, expertise in React, expertise in TypeScript, experience in a startup or scale up especially at early stage, experience being part of a small squad of high performing engineers, comfortable owning ambiguous problems end-to-end, care deeply about user experience, performance, and simplicity, seek the feedback loop, constantly raise the bar for both engineering and product, thrives in autonomy, responsibility, and building things that truly matter
Nice to Have
Experience in scaling product environments or high-stakes domains (health, finance, infra)
