What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in market expansion, operations, or consulting at a high-growth tech company, ideally in fintech, payments, or telecom (or another regulated vertical where you had to earn the right to operate), A track record of launching something from zero: you've owned a market, country, or product launch end-to-end and had a real outcome to defend, Structured and relentless as a project driver: you hold multiple parallel workstreams (regulatory, technical, commercial, people) without losing the thread, and surface blockers before they become delays, Analytically sharp and decisive: you make sound calls with incomplete information, document your reasoning, and adjust fast when you're wrong, Direct experience operating across multiple countries or jurisdictions, Fluent in Spanish and English

What You'll Do.
Own the end-to-end operational and regulatory launch plan for Spain
Stand up the operational foundation
Lead the regulatory entry process
Coordinate across internal specialists
Partner closely with the GTM Lead Spain
Own the long-term operational relationship with our local carrier and vendor partners
Build and document the market playbook
Define what 'success' looks like for the market from launch to scale
