Must Have
2–6+ years of experience in Business Operations, Chief of Staff, Strategy & Ops, consulting, startup operations, or similar roles, Experience working at a Seed, Series A, or Series startup, Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability, Experience building systems, workflows, or operational processes from 0→1, Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments, Excellent communication and organizational skills, High ownership mentality and initiative, Comfortable working closely with technical and cross-functional teams, Willingness to work in-person in San Francisco
Nice to Have
Former founder or early startup employee experience, Experience supporting fundraising, hiring, or internal operations scaling, Experience working closely with product or GTM organizations, Exposure to SaaS, AI, or revenue technology companies, Experience in high-growth startup environments

Support recruiting coordination
Support hiring operations
Support people-related processes
Assist with fundraising preparation
Assist with operational due diligence workflows
Identify operational bottlenecks
