ABOUT BATON AI Baton AI (getbaton.ai http://getbaton.ai) is building the enterprise automation platform for cross-application workflows. We help solutions engineering and implementation teams automate customer onboarding and product setup, turning customer requirements into executable workflows. We’re backed by Tier-1 investors, working with enterprise customers, and building toward a broader vision of AI-powered automation across enterprise software. ROLE DESCRIPTION We are hiring a Founding GTM operator to work directly with the founding team as one of our first business hires. You’ll help build the GTM engine and operating foundation for a company defining how AI automates work across enterprise software. The role starts with a clear focus on GTM: scaling pipeline, accelerating our sales motion, supporting outbound growth, sharpening customer-facing messaging, and building the systems that drive revenue. As Baton grows, your scope will expand across business operations, customer strategy, and company-building. This is a strong fit for someone who wants a steep learning curve, high ownership, and direct exposure to what it takes to build a fast-growing AI company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES GTM • Partner with the founding team to turn Baton’s sales motion into a repeatable GTM engine across outbound, pipeline generation, content, partnerships, and customer expansion. • Build the systems and internal tools behind that motion, using AI and automation to eliminate manual work wherever possible. • Translate customer conversations into sharper messaging, stronger sales collateral, case studies, ROI narratives, and GTM playbooks. • Keep Baton’s GTM materials sharp and up to date, including messaging, positioning, and internal sales notes.
