Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Build and own the end-to-end marketing and growth engine, including demand generation, content, product marketing, events, and sales enablement Design and execute campaigns, webinars, events, and lifecycle programs that generate qualified pipeline and drive revenue impact Define and scale category messaging around AI-powered interviewing and the future of hiring Create compelling content including thought leadership, founder narratives, customer stories, case studies, and multi-channel marketing assets Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and leadership to align messaging and accelerate deal conversion Develop and optimize website, email, and outbound marketing programs to improve conversion and engagement metrics Turn product launches, customer wins, and market insights into impactful narratives that support brand and revenue growth Track performance of marketing initiatives and continuously refine strategy based on data and market feedback Requirements: 5–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in high-growth or early-stage startup environments Proven experience driving pipeline generation through integrated marketing programs Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling messaging Deep understanding of growth marketing, demand generation, and product marketing principles Hands-on ability to execute across content, campaigns, events, email, website, and sales enablement without heavy team support Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of revenue impact and funnel optimization Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to move fast, take ownership, and operate in ambiguity Data-driven approach with experience measuring and optimizing marketing performance Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with founders and cross-functional teams Benefits: Competitive salary combined with meaningful equity ownership Opportunity to build and le
