Ribbon is looking for a Founding Growth & Marketing Lead to build the voice, pipeline, and brand behind one of the fastest-growing categories in recruiting: AI-powered interviewing. Your mission is simple: build the marketing engine that creates awareness, generates pipeline, and helps Ribbon become the category leader in AI interviewing. This is a rare opportunity to build the function from the ground up. You will shape how the market understands AI in hiring, turn customer momentum into demand, partner directly with Sales and the founders, and have a direct impact on company growth.
