YOUR IMPACT We're looking for a Founding Growth Lead who is equally hands-on in driving the market expansion and accelerating adoption across the developer ecosystem. This is a critical, cross-functional role that will own the entire growth funnel, from developer awareness and acquisition to engagement and retention. You will be the architect of a technical growth engine, integrating product, engineering, and marketing to drive sustained developer adoption, accelerate activation and retention, and translate product adoption into revenue growth. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Define and build the growth function from the ground up, establishing the technical infrastructure, frameworks, and repeatable processes that will scale - Develop and execute strategies to create, engage, and grow our audience across marketing channels (Google, Linkedin, Meta, Reddit, X, etc.) and all possible developer touchpoints
