You'll work on things like: paid ads, outbound infra, conversion, linkedin UGC, events/conferences, partnerships.   WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR → 2+ years in a growth role, startup ops, or other high-performance environments. → Track record of consistently exceeding goals. → Strong communicator with a deep curiosity to learn.   LOGISTICS This role is in-office five days a week in downtown Toronto.
