ABOUT THE ROLE As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work hands-on with Vantage’s most strategic and technically complex customers to ensure successful adoption and long-term value. This is a highly technical, customer-facing post-sales role focused on implementation, architecture, and problem-solving, rather than pure support or customer success. You’ll embed directly with customers during onboarding and expansion moments, helping design cloud cost allocation models, integrate complex data providers, and unblock technical challenges. You'll have a direct line to Product and Engineering, and your customer observations will shape what we build. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working close to customers, understands cloud infrastructure deeply, and wants to influence both customer outcomes and product direction.
