About Arcturus Arcturus is building a new kind of electrical conductor technology to help modernize the systems that power our lives. Purpose We’re hiring our first executive assistant and operations lead. You will be the person who helps keep the CEO, team, and company running smoothly. This role blends executive support, project management, internal operations, hiring coordination, communications, and is all about owning the critical “whatever it takes” projects that move the company forward. If you love context-switching, are energized by solving problems before others see them, and enjoy being the person who quietly makes everything work, this role is for you.
