Must Have

proven SDR or sales experience, ideally with enterprise or complex B2B accounts, and a track record of exceeding targets, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and navigating long, multi-threaded sales cycles, communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively, adapting your style to any audience, energised by being a founding member and building the enterprise motion from scratch, structured, detail-oriented, and disciplined with CRM hygiene (we use HubSpot), handle rejection with resilience and keep momentum over long cycles, curious, a natural problem-solver, and a team player with a sense of ownership

You'll own strategic outreach into complex enterprise organisations, navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups, and build the pipeline that anchors our UK go-to-market motion. You'll work closely with our Sales team to prospect, nurture senior relationships, and drive enterprise sales opportunities through to qualified handover.
