And we need someone to help us tell that story to the world. ### Compensation * **OTE:** $250,000 - $350,000 (dependent on experience) * **Base / Variable:** Structured to reward performance * **Equity:** Meaningful early-stage equity — dependent on experience * **Relocation Bonus:** Available if moving from a different city ### The Company For decades, the people who make the materials that build the world — coatings, flooring, specialty chemicals, structural systems — have been buried under complexity.
