Must Have
Fluent in German or another European language is a plus., Hold a Bachelor's or Master's in STEM, Psychology, Business, or similar., Energised by the idea of being a founding member and building from scratch., Confident on the phone, comfortable with scripts, and skilled at open-ended questions., Structured, organised, and detail-oriented., Handle rejection with resilience and keep momentum through long sales cycles., Curious, a natural problem-solver, and a team player with a sense of ownership.
