What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years in B2B sales, experience running your own discovery calls, closing deals, track record of building and owning pipelines, drive to win, presence to hold your own in sales calls with CEOs, COOs, CMOs, VPs, and Directors, Founder-level grit, zero need for hand-holding
Nice to Have
Experience in tech startup sales, SMB/mid-market sales, familiarity with the home services / ServiceTitan ecosystem
