What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, consulting, or early-stage startups, ownership mindset, Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and cold outreach), Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or agent workflows, Ability to quickly learn SAP and enterprise software ecosystems, Comfortable engaging in technical conversations (architecture, systems, integrations), Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin (on-site required), Background in SAP, consulting, or enterprise software, Experience selling into or working with large enterprise organizations, Startup experience in high-growth environments, Basic programming skills (e.g., APIs, scripting, working with LLMs)
What You'll Do.
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting
Source and build relationships with SAP consultants and enterprise stakeholders
Run product demos and technical discovery calls with confidence
Engage with technical stakeholders including architects and project leads
Represent the company at industry events
and client engagements
Collaborate directly with founders on positioning
Build repeatable sales playbooks
Design and automate workflows using AI tools
Continuously optimize outreach
and conversion processes
