What You'll Do.
Content Creation: Working closely with the Marketing team

Calendar & Inbox Management: You proactively manage Marc’s schedule and email traffic

Meeting Preparation: You prepare briefing documents for important meetings
and ensure the diligent follow-up of action items.
Taking full ownership of mission-critical ad-hoc projects
ranging from deep-dives into emerging tech trends to the preparation of Board-level materials.
Evaluating and facilitating strategic technical partnerships to ensure our ecosystem remains at the forefront of the industry.

Your mission is twofold: positioning Marc as a leading voice in the "Embodied AI" space and mastering the operational daily business of the CTO office. This is a true "zero-to-one" mandate: you will work at the intersection of technology, branding, and operations, directly impacting the company’s growth and public perception.
