1–3 years of experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, finance, e-commerce, or commercial role, Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to quickly translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations, leadership and collaborative skills with a track record of influencing diverse stakeholders, Experience with leading strategic planning and reporting to senior leadership, commercial acumen, including experience supporting partnership management, negotiating commercial initiatives, or driving profitable business growth, Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with experience building forecasts, trackers, and performance reporting, Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do.

Work directly with senior leadership to help scale and optimise Gopuff’s marketplace business across the UK through both strategic initiatives and operational execution

Own the execution and performance management of promotions

and marketing across multiple marketplace platforms

Monitor marketplace performance daily

rapidly troubleshoot operational or commercial issues

and proactively implement solutions to improve growth

and customer experience

Build and maintain trackers

and weekly business reviews to drive operational rigour and support strategic decision-making

Conduct deep-dive analyses on promotions

and overall business performance to identify growth opportunities and improve commercial efficiency

Support commercial partnership management by coordinating with marketplace partners

contributing to negotiations

and helping optimise joint business opportunities and investments

Support P&L management by evaluating performance

monitoring investment efficiency

and helping ensure profitable allocation of promotional and marketing resources

Partner cross-functionally with Commercial

and Operations teams to execute high-impact growth initiatives and improve marketplace performance
