Die Rolle In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position als Founder's Associate / Executive Business Partner (all genders) bist du eine vertrauensvolle Ansprechperson für unser C-Level und spielst eine entscheidende Rolle in der Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe. Du sorgst für Struktur, Überblick und klare Kommunikation im dynamischen Alltag. Mit deinem Organisationstalent, deinem hohen Qualitätsanspruch und deiner ruhigen Art behältst du auch bei vielen parallelen Aufgaben stets den Überblick. Du koordinierst Termine, begleitest strategische Themen organisatorisch und kommunizierst intern wie extern auf Augenhöhe – auf Deutsch und Englisch. Faire Vergütung: Je nach relevanter Berufserfahrung liegt das Jahresgehalt zwischen brutto EUR 55.000 und 70.000. Weiterbildungszuschuss: Wir bezuschussen berufsrelevante Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen mit max. 1000 € jährlich und stellen dich dafür max. 10 % der Arbeitszeit frei. Attraktive Arbeitgeberzuschüsse zur betrieblichen Altersvorsorge : 20 % im ersten Jahr, 25 % nach einem Jahr und 30 % nach drei Jahren bei Homaris.
