Eligibility Requirements

Move about inside and outside the school or office throughout the workday, Attend conferences, meetings and training sessions both virtually and in person within the Region, Travel to work location, Morning, lunch, and afternoon supervisory duties

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Satisfactory outcome of a background check, All certifications must be acquired and on file with KIPP KC before the end of the first year of employment

Nice to Have

Applicants currently pursuing a certification may apply before certification is received

What You'll Do.

Manage success of Reading programing implementation

Lead implementation of state literacy priorities

and lead literacy pilots

Gather implementation data and artifacts

Serve as a model of instructional coaching power

Coach regional Early Literacy lead teachers

Conduct region-specific data analysis

Guide regions around intentional data driven response

Work with the instructional leadership team

Maintain curriculum and implementation feedback cycles

Support KIPP KCs region in developing literacy-specific professional

Support KIPP KCs region in developing professional learning

Plan and lead virtual and in-person literacy professional

Internalize lessons and modules

Assume personal responsibility for student achievement

Collaborate with content and grade-level teams

Promote an environment of critical thinking

Promote an environment of academic rigor

Establish and maintain working relationships with students and

Participate in the daily functions of the school

Attend critical school events

Meet professional obligations

Exemplify the school cultural expectations

Deliver instruction directly connected to authentic

Lead and facilitate transformative student experiences
