provides training and support for all levels of Philanthropy staff

manages all credit card processing

ensures hard ware and software are in alignment with MHS PCI compliance

overseeing the operations functions concerning auction software

works closely with Event and Donor Marketing and Communications teams regarding solicitation design and audience development

It is functionally responsible for all data integration work in expanding markets – standardizing data use across Foundation CBUs. The Manager serves as team lead for Philanthropy Database and Finance Coordinators and back-up for data-entry. It oversees all use of the department's CRM systems, proactively recommending improvements and implementing process changes; assures the integrity and confidentiality of the department’s donor data systems by managing coding and security issues; develops and updates policies and procedures, and provides training and support for all levels of Philanthropy staff. The manager also manages all credit card processing and ensures hard ware and software are in alignment with MHS PCI compliance as well as overseeing the operations functions concerning auction software, foundation banking, accounting, tax/bond/gaming reporting, and foundation compliance including audits and PCI compliance. The manager works closely with Event and Donor Marketing and Communications teams regarding solicitation design and audience development. This position requires in-depth knowledge of existing donor and auction software systems and other technical systems unique to Philanthropy in order to ensure the effective capture and maintenance of donor information and gift records. **Essential Functions
