This requires10% travel.** We are looking for a candidate with experience in managing support staff including; customer service, pre recovery processing and escalated account scenarios. * Candidates need to be well-rounded, flexible and driven. * The Supervisor position will oversee a team of Forwarding representatives. * MVTrac has a commitment to excellence and the highest standards of recovery services. Our values and beliefs are critical to the success and growth of the business, and they were all created with a unique cultural foundation. * Specific responsibilities could include but are not limited to: * Review and assignment of accounts to the case workers through MVTrac’s Account Movement Strategy Protocol. * Documenting and processing client requests. * Track each staff members daily productivity and provide coaching as needed * Review Fee requests for accuracy and submission to lender. Preferred Qualifications * Bachelors Degree or equivalent 2+ years experience in business management * Experience with recovery systems, forwarding models, and productivity tracking * Client (auto finance) experie
