What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of professional experience within Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure, or GCP, 5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience, Proficiency in developing production-grade code across the full stack using Python, JavaScript, or comparable frameworks, Hands-on experience deploying LLMs or generative models, Demonstrated ability to distill complex requirements into simple, effective solutions under tight deadlines, Exceptional communication skills, aptitude for risk management and real-time operational adjustments
Nice to Have
GCP experience is strongly preferred, GCP Professional-level certification is required within the first 90 days of tenure, Proven ability to strategize, architect, and lead the deployment of scalable enterprise solutions on GCP, Experience delivering complex systems within fast-paced or ambiguous environments

Overview of Role As a Forward Deployment Engineer, you will serve as a technical bridge between Sales, Engineering, and Service Delivery teams. Your primary objective is to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of complex, end-to-end frontier model deployments for our clients. You will lead technical discovery, system design, and production rollouts, playing a pivotal role in shaping the client experience through collaborative system architecture and execution. Success in this role is measured by production adoption, tangible workflow impact, and the delivery of eval-driven insights that influence product and model roadmaps. You will operate cross-functionally with Research, Partnerships, GRC, Security, and GTM teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
