What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BS/MS in Computer Science, 6+ years shipping production software, 2+ years as tech lead, Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Go, or C++, Demonstrated ownership of systems taken from zero to production, Deep expertise in at least one vertical, Experience working with business and technical stakeholders, Familiarity with enterprise data environments, Comfort with modern deployment practices
Nice to Have
Prior experience as tech lead at SaaS vendor, Experience with AI/ML platform deployments, Familiarity with major cloud environments, Experience in regulated industries, Proven ability to turn ambiguous customer problem into repeatable pattern
