Our platform empowers companies to build internal workflows that adapt to their unique needs — faster, smarter, and developer-first. About the Role We’re looking for a Forward-Deployed Product Manager to serve as the key bridge between our clients and internal product and engineering teams. You’ll play a vital role in extracting requirements, managing communications, and supporting successful deployments led by the technical team. This client-facing, high-context role focuses on clarity, alignment, and speed. What You’ll Do - Gather and Clarify Requirements - Work directly with clients to understand business needs and pain points - Translate those needs into clear, prioritized requirements for engineers - Own the Client Relationship - Act as the main point of contact for client-facing conversations during onboarding, scoping, and delivery - Proactively manage expectations, timelines, and feedback loops. - Support Internal Teams - Provide context and clarity to engineers to help ensure smooth delivery.
