The Forward Deployed Investor is how we get there. You'll sit at the intersection of top-tier investment teams and their AI evolution, pairing deep private markets expertise with real customer empathy and a strong instinct for how AI reshapes an investment firm. You'll help customers rethink the way they work, and translate what you learn on the ground into Metal's product and go-to-market direction. You'll work directly with the founding team and our most strategic customers to drive adoption and ROI. You are the voice of the customer across Product and Sales, and one of the people deciding how private investors operate in an AI-driven world. What You'll Do - Define how AI is used in private markets. Identify and expand high-impact use cases across sourcing, diligence, and decision-making, and turn what works into best practices and deployment frameworks for how investment
