What They're Looking For.

Must Have

comfortable reading and reasoning about code, working with APIs, navigating healthcare interoperability standards like HL7, FHIR, and MESH, spent significant time working directly with customers or external stakeholders in a technical capacity, confident making judgement calls when you're the only technical person in the room, switch fluently between deeply technical and non-technical audiences, comfortable investigating issues across complex distributed systems, experience working in or with the NHS, understand the regulatory environment around clinical data, highly organised and able to manage multiple trust engagements in parallel without losing context, know when to escalate versus when to just get on with it, experience working with outsourced or partner engineering teams

Nice to Have

experience with trust IT teams or EPR/PAS vendors

What You'll Do.

Be the technical face of integrations

Own the customer-facing technical relationship with NHS trusts

building lasting relationships with IT managers

and clinical stakeholders

Investigate integration issues end-to-end

Scope solutions on the ground

weigh new requirements or edge cases against our product roadmap

translate them into well-defined technical briefs for the Integrations Lead and product team

Bridge customer and code

Partner day-to-day with our engineering teams and partners

writing clear definitions of ready

reviewing delivered work

flagging edge cases before they become problems in production

Support release and assurance

Contribute to clinical

and data safety gates

drawing on real customer evidence to validate that new integrations are fit for purpose

Build the knowledge base

Own internal documentation on trust-specific configurations
