ABOUT THE ROLE As a Forward Deployed Implementation Engineer at TENEX, you are the engine that gets customers live. You will execute end-to-end platform deployments, onboard log sources, load TENEX's library of security content, and train customers so they get value from day one. This is a hands-on, customer-facing technical role for engineers who love seeing things work. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Execute end-to-end platform deployments across Google SecOps and/or Microsoft Sentinel for new customers - Onboard log sources, configure data connectors, and validate ingestion pipelines - Load and deploy existing TENEX content into customer environments — including parsers, dashboards, detections, and playbooks developed by the Security Solution Engineers — SIEM/SOAR - Work from standardized playbooks to deliver MDR coverage within target SLOs - Troubleshoot connectivity, ingestion, and configuration issues during deployment - Enable customers through hands-on training — teaching them to navigate, understand, and get value from their
