10+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of delivering production-grade systems. Extensive experience building with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, or other applied AI systems in production. proficiency in Python or similar backend/scripting languages used in data-intensive environments. Proven ability to integrate with complex enterprise systems, including undocumented APIs, legacy infrastructure, and inconsistent data schemas. Experience working directly with external enterprise customers in a consulting, solutions engineering, or customer-facing engineering role. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable recommendations for both customers and internal teams. Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with evolving requirements and minimal structure. problem-solving skills and ability to balance hands-on coding with stakeholder collaboration.
