JOB SUMMARY The Forward Deployed Engineer will partner directly with Talent and Resourcing leadership to evaluate and optimize the organization's talent operations ecosystem. Working across tools such as Airtable, Lever, and other internal systems, this individual will identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate manual processes, and leverage AI-driven solutions to increase efficiency and decision-making. Acting as a consultant-builder, the FDE will work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges, define technical solutions, and lead initiatives from discovery through implementation.
