Full Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to be an early non-founder hire, owning every customer relationship and building the playbook for scaling from an early customer base to thousands. We seek a technical, customer-facing individual who understands product positioning and instinctively automates repetitive tasks. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Coach AI agents on product positioning, buyer personas, and pricing conversations - Serve as the voice of the customer, identifying common requests and patterns in customer interactions to inform product development - Own customer relationships end-to-end, from onboarding through ensuring success and optimizing their experience - Automate manual and repetitive tasks by building workflows and systems to help the customer engineering function scale - Work directly with the CTO to translate customer feedback into shipped product features WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Technical aptitude with ability to understand and explain complex product capabilities - Strong customer empathy and communication skills - Comfort with process automation and workflow design - Ability to identify patterns and drive systematic improvements - Collaborative mindset to work across engineering and customer-facing teams
