THE ROLE Titan is building the AI platform for banking. The 4,000+ U.S. banks and the two million people who work at them deserve AI that's purpose-built for their workflows, their controls, and their regulators. Forward Deployed Engineers are how we deliver on that — and the Product-Focus FDE is the one who lives closest to the client. You'll be embedded in a bank's mission, not just their team. That means co-owning the strategic outcome: framing the problem, mapping the workflow, building the right thing, and knowing when to push back. Your day moves between executive conversations, product decisions, and hands-on building — wireframing an interface in the morning, walking a Chief Credit Officer through a prototype after lunch, shipping the next iteration before sign-off. This is a builder role with a product spike. You'll write code, but your edge is your instinct for what to build and your fluency in the language of banking. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Embed with banking clients to deeply understand their workflows, constraints, regulatory context, and the strategic outcomes they're chasing - Translate ambiguous business problems into specific, testable hypotheses — then design and ship the solution against them - Own product decisions on live engagements: scope, sequencing, UX, what to build vs. what to leverage from the Titan platform - Build full-stack, leaning on UI/UX and front-end craft to deliver client-facing experiences that feel native and trusted - Run agentic workflows end-to-end: design the agent, configure the toolkit, evaluate, ship, iterate - Codify what you learn into reusable patterns, playbooks, and platform feedback so the next engagement starts further down the field - Partner with the broader Titan team — platform, GTM, ops — and represent the client's reality back to product and engineering WHO YOU ARE - A builder first.
