You'll serve as a technical interface between Giga and our customers, building and deploying sophisticated solutions. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Assisting customer engagements from start to end: run discovery calls & demos, build/maintain world class agents, participate in customer calls, and serve as the primary PoC in a fast-paced environment. - Own the full agent development life cycle: build and prototype quickly, set up CI/CD, monitor live usage, iterate to targets, debug live issues, communicate with customers, and document best practices to speed up future projects. - Close the feedback loop with product & platform: capture unmet needs, prototype new features, contribute directly to the codebase, and
