## Description Our client owns an AI-driven human capital management platform revolutionizing how companies manage the entire employee lifecycle — from hiring to operations. They work with large, complex organizations across sectors (e.g., hospitality, retail, healthcare, staffing), helping HR and operations teams streamline recruitment, automate workflows, and improve outcomes at scale. Their customers don’t buy the platform for experimentation — they buy it to solve real operational pain: high-volume hiring, slow processes, overstretched teams, and inconsistent candidate and employee experiences.
