Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Engineering, practical experience designing APIs, backend services, integration layers, production-grade automation workflows, Experience integrating enterprise SaaS, business systems using REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, webhooks, OAuth, RBAC, service accounts, secure credential-management practices, Experience with Azure, Python, TypeScript, CI/CD, logging, monitoring, deployment workflows, operational support for production integrations, Practical understanding of LLM tools, function calling, MCP, agent workflows, tool orchestration, similar agent-integration patterns, Ability to design secure, permissioned, logged, observable, reliable tool calls for enterprise systems used by ChatGPT and AI agents, Able to work directly with business users, understand ambiguous workflows, translate operational needs into clear, reusable, auditable system interfaces
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Systems, Information Systems, Equivalent practical experience building enterprise integrations, APIs, automation platforms, agent-connected systems may be considered in place of formal degree requirements
