What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience building autonomous AI agents or agentic AI systems, understanding of agent architecture, planning, reasoning, tool use, memory, state tracking, and multi-agent orchestration, Experience with agentic frameworks such as NemoClaw, OpenClaw, Hermes, or comparable frameworks, Ability to connect agents to real business systems, including APIs, CRMs, email, documents, databases, and internal tools, Experience building agents that can execute tasks, not just generate text or recommendations, software engineering skills in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages, Experience with guardrails, human approval flows, logging, observability, testing, and reliability controls, Ability to work directly with leadership, understand business workflows, and turn operational needs into deployed agentic systems
